Why pure water?
We prefer to use a specialist pure-water window cleaning system for a cleaner, longer-lasting finish. Unlike ordinary tap water and detergents, which can leave behind minerals and residue that dry into streaks and spots, purified water contains virtually no dissolved impurities.
It lifts away dirt and grime, then dries naturally without leaving marks behind, giving your windows a beautifully clear, streak-free shine.
And because we’re cleaning with pure water rather than relying on the glass being dried or polished, the system can still be used effectively in the rain.
No ladders against your house
The water is fed through a telescopic pole, so we clean from the ground. That means no ladders resting on your frames or trampling your borders, and upstairs windows up to three storeys are no problem.

Every window clean includes the frames, not just the glass. Conservatories can be added to any clean for a small extra charge, shown in the price list below.

How much does window cleaning cost?
From £13 every 4 weeks for a 1–2 bedroom house, £18 for 3 bedrooms and £21 for 4 bedrooms. Larger homes and commercial premises are quoted after a free survey visit. Use the price calculator on this page for your home.
How often will you come?
Most customers choose a clean every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. The 8-weekly price is a little higher per visit than 4-weekly; every option is shown in the price list. We also do one-off end-of-tenancy cleans.
Do you clean the frames?
Yes. Frames are included in every window cleaning price.
Can you reach my upstairs windows?
Yes. We clean from the ground with a water-fed pole, up to three storeys.
Can you clean my conservatory?
Yes. A conservatory can be added to any window clean, from £6 a visit depending on the size of your home.
Do I need to be in?
Not usually. We send a text message reminder before every visit so you know when we’re coming, and if you’re out we can send a payment link.
