Who we are

This website is run by PureClean, an exterior cleaning business based in Bridgwater, Somerset. You can contact us by email at hello@pure-clean.online or by phone on 01278 393 393.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we receive your name, phone number, the service you’re interested in, your house number or name, your postcode and any message you add. If you call, text or email us, we receive whatever details you share.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote and, if you become a customer, arrange and remind you about visits and take payment. We don’t sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and, for customers, to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
